Store Policies



We ship through Fed-Ex and upon occasion with USPS, as to insure tracking information.  Most items are usually in our inventory, however, occasionally we will have to make it for you.  That could take a few days or up to approximately two weeks depending on the item.  If an item is not in stock, we will notify you letting you know how long before the item will be ready and the shipping time.


Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover all through PayPal which is one of the safest methods to pay over the internet.  You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card through PayPal.  Simply sign in as a guest or with your own PayPal account and complete your order.  We never see or have access to your credit card information.  You will receive a copy of your payment through email.



We want our customers to be happy with their purchase.  If you're unsatisfied with our product within the first 30 days of delivery, and the product has not been used or damaged, call us for a Return Authorization number.  Then simply pack your product back in the original box and ship it back to us at the following address:  Woodcraft By G, RA #, 1589 Skeet Club Rd, Suite 102-260, High Point, NC  27265.  After we receive it and determine that it has not been used or damaged, a refund will be issued in the same manner of payment that was used to purchase the product. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees - -  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before an item can be shipped back.

Personalized merchandise is non-returnable.  If you have a problem with personalized merchandise, please contact us via email , and we will see if there is something that we can do to make the situation better.
